DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International Principal Matt Lewandowski lead a group of investors in their recent purchase of 26.82 acres of land and three buildings totaling 67,879 square feet at 29870 N. Skokie Highway in Lake Bluff, IL. The space is home to functional industrial buildings, trailer parking, and industrial outdoor storage.
“Industrial space and trailer parking continue to be at a premium, making this a great investment for this group as we continue to look for fully leased properties,” Lewandowski says. “This is a populated area of Lake County with easy highway access that should remain profitable long-term.”
The land’s three industrial buildings are fully leased to 11 tenants. While much of the land is not usable for commercial purposes because of its native wetlands, the seven usable acres have been developed efficiently with excellent outdoor storage including a recently built paved and secure trailer lot. The facilities are just minutes from the Buckley Road interchange along I-94.
