Darwin Realty Announces Lease in I-55 Market
(Elmhurst, Illinois – June 2015) – Richard G. Daly, President of Darwin Realty, recently represented Duke Realty in the leasing of 515 Crossroads Parkway in Bolingbrook, Illinois.
515 Crossroads is a free-standing building totaling 145,000 square feet located in Crossroads Business Park. Features include 12,000 square feet of office space, 24’ ceiling height, and 7 loading docks.
The tenant, APL Logistics, was represented by Larry Johnson of CBRE.
