Darwin Realty is pleased to announce that Darwin Principal Dan Fanelli, SIOR, and Chairman George Cibula, SIOR, represented Arrow Pneumatics, Inc., in a long-term lease renewal for 43,175 square feet at 2109-2111 21st Street, Broadview, Illinois.
Arrow is a manufacturer of parts and products for the compressed air industry. The property features a 22-foot clear ceiling height, four interior docks and 4,500 square feet of finished office area. Cook County positioned between interstates 294 and 290.
Dan and George also represented the landlord, a private investor.
