    (Elmhurst, Illinois – April 28, 2026) – DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International recently announced that Vice President Dan Prendergast and Associate Marc Hale represented local private investment group Portokali Investments in the lease of 48,005 square feet of industrial space at 933 Tower Road in Mundelein to an undisclosed machinery manufacturing tenant.     DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Associate Marc Hale represented an undisclosed HVAC manufacturing company in its acquisition of a 50,000 square foot building at 2500 Production Drive in St. Charles, IL. The business is expanding and will be moving from a location in Elk Grove Village.

    “This property allowed the purchaser to expand into a larger facility and own their own property,” says Hale. “With the larger facility, the purchaser is now able to grow their business beyond what was possible at their previous location.”

    The Class B facility features 21-foot clear height, seven docks, one drive-in door, heavy power and 1,500 square feet of office space with 55 parking spaces. The new facility will accommodate the HVAC company’s growing business and workforce for years to come.

    The seller, Hill & Smith, was represented by SVN Landmark’s Brian Lindgren.
