DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Associates Marc Hale and Ali Nix represented the landlord in a 20,300 square foot warehouse lease at 4848 W. Lawrence Avenue in Chicago. Meeting Tomorrow, an audiovisual equipment rental company, leased the property to expand its footprint and grow its business.

Meeting Tomorrow plans, produces, and provides equipment for corporate events nationwide. The business is expanding as workers in hybrid mode need equipment in various locations to interact with their colleagues.
The building was built in 1962 and has been well-maintained and was furnished with racking and office furniture to help the new tenant move in and begin operations on day one.
