BRYCE CERKLESKI JOINS DARWINPW REALTY/CORFAC INTERNATIONAL AS AN ASSOCIATE
DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International Managing Broker George Cibula is pleased to announce that Bryce Cerkleski has joined its team as an associate. In his new role, Mr. Cerkleski will focus on tenant and buyer representation as well as investment analysis and sales.
“Bryce’s education and experience working in industrial real estate will make him a great broker,” Cibula says. “We’re looking forward to adding his fresh perspective to our team.”
Mr. Cercleski will focus his work on industrial real estate transactions in the Lake County submarket. He will work closely with DarwinPW Realty Principal Matt Lewandowski.
Prior to joining the DarwinPW Realty team, Mr. Cerkleski graduated from Texas Christian University Neeley School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in finance with a specialization in real estate. During college, he interned at Industrial Outdoor Ventures, a business that specializes in industrial outdoor storage brokerage in Chicago’s suburbs. In that role, Mr. Cerkleski underwrote prospective investment deals, researched target growth markets, and sourced potential investment deals. He also interned at Blockware Mining, Speedwagon Properties, and Soul CBD.
