Darwin Executes Tenant in Glendale Heights Industrial Lease
Darwin Realty is pleased to announce that Darwin President Richard G. Daly, SIOR, represented iD Commerce + Logistics in their lease of 101,513 square feet of space within a 135,526-square-foot industrial building at 80 Internationale Boulevard in Glendale Heights, Illinois.

iD Commerce + Logistics, a premier business process outsourcer specializing in product fulfillment, promotional fulfillment and enterprise solutions, chose this facility primarily due to the excellent location with close proximity to I-355 and Army Trail Road. The 24-foot clear building features over 11,000 square feet of office, 12 interior docks and heavy power.
CBRE’s Mike Sedjo represented the landlord, Prologis, in the transaction.
