Grane Transportation Renews 174,824 Square Foot Bensenville Lease

(Elmhurst, Illinois) –Darwin Realty and Welbic Investments are pleased to announce that Grane Transporation has renewed its lease of the entire 174,824 square foot facility located at 703 Foster Avenue in Bensenville, Illinois.
Headquartered in Chicago, Grane is a supply chain logistics company that provides truckload, less than truckload and air cargo transportation and shipping for companies around the country. The tenant renewed its lease for three years primarily due to the building’s prime O’Hare location, rare additional trailer storage and ample docks. This 7.7-acre property offers rail access via the Canadian Pacific Railway, and parking for 60 cars and 60 trailers.
Darwin Realty’s Chairman/CEO George Cibula brokered the transaction. Welbic Investments, owns the property.
