DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International Managing Broker George Cibula and Associate Luke Ferzacca represented the sellers of a 37,136 square foot industrial building at 737 N. Oaklawn Avenue in Elmhurst in its sale to Haskris, a manufacturer and distributor of engineered chillers and heat transfer systems.
