DARWINPW REALTY/CORFAC INTERNATIONAL’S MANDY LEWANDOWSKI COMPLETES $17 MILLION IN TRANSACTIONS IN 2025
(Elmhurst, Illinois) – DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International recently announced that Vice President Mandy Lewandowski completed the highest volume of transactions of any broker at the firm in 2025, brokering more than 65 commercial transactions. Ms. Lewandowski represents building ownership for more than 15 Chicago area properties, and consistently leases dozens of spaces within those buildings each year.
“Mandy has averaged over 50 transactions per year for the last six years,” said George Cibula, Managing Broker of DarwinPW Realty. “She goes the extra mile to help the cooperating brokers and their clients become tenants in her listings.”
Some of Ms. Lewandowski’s top transactions for the year included representing the owner in the sale of a 53,284 square foot industrial facility in Broadview. She has worked on the DarwinPW Realty team for more than 12 years and is also an investor in Welbic Investments.
Together with her husband Matt Lewandowski, she operates the charity Chicago Charity Clays. She is also a former Miss Illinois and a member of the Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).
