DARWINPW REALTY/CORFAC INTERNATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT MANDY LEWANDOWSKI REPRESENTS WELBIC IN SEVERAL LEASES
DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International newly promoted Vice President Mandy Lewandowski represented Welbic Investments, LLC, of which Speedwagon Capital Partners is a partner, in several recent lease transactions throughout the Chicagoland area. Nine transactions totaled 118,609 square feet in the Chicago area.
Highlighted transactions include:
- At 2101-2109 W. 21st Street, in Broadview, IL, Lewandowski represented building owner Welbic III Broadview 21 LLC in its new lease of 43,175 square feet to Arrow Pneumatics, Inc. in Suite 2109. The 120,960 square foot building has 22-foot clear height and six drive-in doors.
- At 850-880 Greenleaf Avenue in Elk Grove Village, IL, Lewandowski represented building owner Welbic III Elk Grove 850 LLC in its renewal of a 23,450 square foot lease in suite 870-880 to Calia Stone Boutique. The building is 34,420 square feet with 16-foot clear height.
- At 733-747 Kimberly Drive in Carol Stream, IL, Lewandowski represented (Welbic IV Carol Stream 733 LLC in its renewal of a 12,180 square foot lease to Loram Technology in suite 737. The 74,408 square foot building has 20-foot clear height and one exterior dock.
