DARWINPW REALTY/CORFAC INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTS BUILDING OWNER IN LEASE RENEWAL
DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Vice President Mandy Lewandowski represented Welbic III Broadview 21 LLC and Speedwagon Capital Partners in the renewal of a 43,175 square foot lease for the entire building at 2101 W. 21st Street in Broadview, IL. The tenant, Arrow Pneumatics, Inc. manufactures and distributes air preparation products.
“The tenant has loved this property since they moved in five years ago, and we are happy to see them renew the lease,” says Lewandowski. “This is a great infill location just outside of the city,”
The property has easy access to several major highways including I-290, I-294, and I-55. It is also located less than 10 miles from Midway Airport and 17 miles from O’Hare International Airport. The Class B building was constructed in 1973 and has 78 parking spaces.
The tenant was self-represented in the lease renewal. The new lease begins on July 1, 2023.
