DARWINPW REALTY/CORFAC INTERNATIONAL RENEWS LEASE WITH MOODY BIBLE INSTITUTE
DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Vice President Mandy Lewandowski and Vice President Chris Mergenthaler represented Welbic IV as the landlord of 2701 S. Western Avenue in Chicago in the renewal of a 36,956 square foot lease to Moody Bible Institute (Moody Publishers).
“Moody Publishers knew that they wanted to remain in the city. They have loved the space they currently occupy and are happy to stay there for many more years,” says Lewandowski.
The building located in the Little Village neighborhood has easy access to I-290, I-55 and Downtown Chicago. It has 20’ clear height, and four loading docks; a very functional space for the area. Cresa’s Julie Lane represented Moody Publishers in the lease renewal.
