DAN PRENDERGAST, MANDY LEWANDOWSKI PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENTS AT DARWINPW REALTY/CORFAC INTERNATIONAL
DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Dan Prendergast and Mandy Lewandowski have been promoted to Vice Presidents at the firm.
“Dan and Mandy have both worked with us for more than a decade, and their commitment to excellence in commercial real estate is second to none,” says DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International Managing Broker George Cibula. “We’re recognizing their ongoing leadership with these promotions.”
Mr. Prendergast has worked for DarwinPW Realty since graduating from Western Illinois University in 2007. He focuses his work on representing owners and tenants in transactions in Northern Cook County, Lake County, and Southeast Wisconsin. He recently represented LADI Investments, LLC, in 10 lease transactions in Southeast Wisconsin. Mr. Prendergast is a member of NAIOP, Association of Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE), and Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP).
Ms. Lewandowski joined the DarwinPW Realty team in 2013 after many years of experience in marketing. In the last 36 months, she has completed over 150 commercial real estate transactions where she represented both landlords and tenants. She also represents Welbic LLC, which is managed by DarwinPW Realty, in many of its transactions. Ms. Lewandowski is a former Miss Illinois and works with her husband, Matt Lewandowski, on non-profit endeavors for Chicago Charity Clays.
