CLYDE PURMORT JOINS DARWINPW REALTY/CORFAC INTERNATIONAL AS AN ASSOCIATE
(Elmhurst, Illinois) – DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International recently announced that industrial real estate specialist Clyde Purmort is joining its team as an associate. Purmort brings more than six years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. Mr. Purmort will represent owners, tenants, buyers and sellers of industrial real estate in the North Cook, Lake County, and Southern Wisconsin markets.
“Clyde has worked with our CORFAC partner in Atlanta for several years and has lots of brokerage experience in a major metropolitan area,” said Dan Prendergast, Vice President of DarwinPW Realty, who will work closely with Mr. Purmort. “We’re looking forward to working with him as he brings perspective from the southeast up to the Midwest with a work ethic that aligns with DarwinPW Realty.”
Mr. Purmort joins DarwinPW Realty from his prior position as a Senior Advisor at King Industrial Realty in Atlanta. In this role, he provided representation, strategic advisory, and sales services to owners, investors, and occupiers. He also previously worked for developer Easlan Capital Partners, which provided a unique, multi-dimensional perspective on property valuation, positioning, and long-term potential. Mr. Purmort earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the School of Public Policy at Florida State University.
