(Elmhurst, Illinois) AUGUST 4, 2016 – Darwin Realty is pleased to announce that Todd Hendricks has recently joined the firm as an Associate and Global Supply Chain Strategist in its Elmhurst office. Mr. Hendricks will specialize in the leasing and sale of buildings to companies in the third party logistics, trucking and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Darwin, he worked for more than 15 years in third party logistics, business development and freight management.
Hendricks will provide clients sophisticated location analysis and brokerage services for the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial buildings and land for logistics and manufacturing companies; serving occupiers, investors, and developers. He will also provide services for build-to-suit properties and sale-leaseback transactions.
“We are excited to have someone with so much experience on the user side of the transactions on our team,” says Darwin Realty Managing Broker George Cibula. “Todd knows how logistics companies think and can add his perspective to clients’ transactions.”
Hendricks holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.
