The building at 6200 Regency Drive in Racine, WI, is owned by the investment company co-owned by Cibula and Darwin Realty/CORFAC International’s Matthew Lewandowski.

Budd Van Lines selected the building because of its expansive parking for 500 cars or 200 trailers and vans. They also liked its location, which was near its previous Racine location, providing convenience to the company’s employees.

The facility in located near Highway 11 and Green Bay Road. It features 2,500 square feet of office space and T-8 lighting. The building was constructed in 1992 and was outfitted with a new roof in 2016.
