MATTHEW LEE JOINS Darwin REALTY/CORFAC INTERNATIONAL
(Elmhurst, Illinois) August 5, 2020 – Darwin Realty/CORFAC International is pleased to announce that Matthew Lee has joined its team as an associate. Matthew’s responsibilities in his new role will include brokerage services including tenant representation, owner representation, build-to-suit projects, sale/leasebacks, and investment acquisitions and dispositions. He will be working with Darwin Principal Noel Liston and Associate Nicholas Krejci.
“Matthew has had a high level of academic success at the University of Iowa and we are pleased to welcome him to our team,” says Darwin Managing Broker George Cibula. “He will offer a creative new perspective and we are looking forward to having him on our team.”
Prior to joining Darwin, Matthew interned at MaRous & Company, a commercial real estate company in Chicago, where he handled appraisal, research, and day-to-day client needs He recently earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing with an emphasis in professional sales from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, where he received several academic honors, including being named to the Dean’s List for multiple semesters. Matthew earned a 4.0 GPA for his last year of studies.
