Darwin Traffics Long-Term Lease for Expanding Firm
Site features secure storage for equipment
Darwin Realty is pleased to announce that Darwin’s Adam Haefner, Director of Brokerage Services, and Associate Laura Pawlowski represented D2K Traffic Equipment in long-term lease at 1251 Frontenanc Road, Naperville, Illinois.
D2K Traffic, leased 21,690 square feet. The traffic control equipment lessor is relocating from another Naperville site and is expanding. The company is expected to take occupancy on 1 May 2015 starting its 10.5-year lease term.
The building is located minutes from the 4-way interchange at Route 59 and Interstate 88 and features D2K Traffic one acre of paved, secure outside storage for their equipment.
