Darwin Represents Expanding Graphic Arts Firm
Deal highlights more positive absorption and business expansion in area Industrial market
(Elmhurst, Illinois) – Darwin Realty is pleased to announce that Darwin Principal Noel S. Liston and Associate Brendan Sheahan represented the tenant at 1175 Alexander Court, Cary, Illinois, in McHenry County, a 44,800 square foot property on 3.2 acres.
The Graphic Arts Studio, Inc., a graphic design, digital imaging and printing company has leased the building and is relocating and expanding from Barrington. The freestanding property, built in 1998, will enable Graphic Arts to expand its business. It features 24-foot-clear ceiling height, and parking for 66 cars.
Cary is northwest of the city of Chicago near Crystal Lake. The market has opportunities for growth and expansion and is the expansion path of the Chicago region. The 25.4-million-square-foot industrial market currently has 11.6 percent vacancy.
