Darwin Represents Developer in Second Disposition in 90 Days
Team represents both buyer and seller in DuPage County transaction
(Elmhurst, Illinois) – Darwin Realty is pleased to announce that Principal Noel S. Liston represented both buyer and seller in the disposition of 330 South Fairbank Street, Addison, Illinois, a 34,688-square-foot industrial facility in 3.16 acres. Panattoni Development was the seller while Fieldsource Construction, an interior demolition and remodeling firm, was the buyer. Fieldsource had been leasing the facility from Panattoni. Darwin Associate Doug Pilcher joined Liston in representing Panattoni. This is the second sale transaction Darwin Realty has consummated on behalf of Panattoni Development in the past 90 days. The freestanding building on Fairbank Street was renovated in 2009 and features an 18-foot-clear ceiling height, 20 percent office space, 2 interior docs and two drive-in doors. The additional lot space allows for building expansion, trailer parking and/or outside storage which is critical to Fieldsource Construction business.
