Darwin Represents Buyer and Seller in Libertyville Investment Sale
Darwin Realty announces the investment sale of an 85,000 square foot fully-leased building at 1811-1821 IndustrialDrive in Libertyville, Illinois.
Darwin’s Noel S. Liston, Principal, and Kevin Cooney, Associate, were the sole brokers in the transaction. The purchaser, High Street Equities, intends to hold the asset on a long-term basis. The seller was a private partnership.
The 85,000 square foot building on 4.69 acres is fully leased to three tenants, features approximately 4,000 square feet of office, five loading docks, two drive-in doors, and additional land for parking and/or building expansion.
