Darwin REALTY/CORFAC INTERNATIONAL REPRESENTS BUYER IN SOUTHWEST SUBURBAN INDUSTRIAL TRANSACTION
(Elmhurst, Illinois – January 10, 2021) – Darwin Realty/CORFAC International Associate Matthew Lee, Vice President Nick Krejci and Principal Noel Liston represented HSRE Fund VI Holding Company LLC in its acquisition of the 36,480 square foot building at 9950-9970 W. 190TH Street in Mokena, IL. The seller 9950 Properties, LLC was self-represented.
“This mid-size building in the I-80 submarket is fully leased to long-term tenants and should make a great addition to HSRE’s portfolio,” says Lee.
The 36,480 square foot building was constructed in 2006 and houses 4,000 square feet of office space. Located near both I-80 and IL Route 45, it offers easy access to local and national transportation routes for its two tenants.
