Darwin Realty/CORFAC International Associate Nick Krejci represented American Bear Logistics in its 57,143 square foot lease at 1475 Thorndale Avenue in Itasca, IL. The ocean freight transportation company was seeking a larger warehouse near O’Hare Airport to support the growing demand from their customers.
“This property was the best building in the O’Hare submarket for my client’s use,” Krejci says. “The property offers several unique functionality advantages that will allow them to continue growing their business and best serve their customers.”
The building includes 8,838 square feet of office space, 26 docks, one drive-in door, 24 trailer stalls and 28-foot clear height. It offers low DuPage County taxes and has been well maintained.
