Darwin REALTY ANNOUNCES SALE OF MELROSE PARK BUILDING
(Elmhurst, Illinois – March 20, 2017) –Darwin Realty is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Provenza, vice president with the firm, represented FSC Investments Ltd. in its sale of a 20,000 square foot building located at 2045 Janice Avenue in Melrose Park, Illinois, to DCG Roofing Solutions, Inc. for $710,000.
“The demand for buildings that can be purchased in Melrose Park has increased significantly, especially with users looking to purchase free-standing buildings,” stated Darwin’s Provenza.
DCG Roofing selected the 1.35-acre site and facility as a new location for the business which will be relocating from 1285 Rand Rd. in Des Plaines, IL. The roofing contractor chose the property primarily due to the large site complete with a great loading area, large fenced parking lot and outdoor storage area. The building boasts 18’ clear height ceilings, four drive-in doors, one exterior dock, and possible Class 6 B status.
