Darwin REALTY ANNOUNCES NEW LEASE AT SUBURBAN INDUSTRIAL BUILDING
(Elmhurst, Illinois –OCTOBER 24, 2017) – Darwin Realty is pleased to announce the firm’s Vice President Jeffrey Provenza represented nepsa solutions in its lease of 61,202 square feet at 1360 Madeline Lane in Elgin, IL. The tenant is a new telecommunications and cellular company providing products and services for mobile network providers.
The company selected the property because of its functional warehouse space and 30’ clear height ceilings. The building is located near I-90 and Randall Road, giving it good access to the interstate, low Kane County taxes, and access to a strong labor force. It also includes 3,823 square feet of office space, seven exterior docks and one drive in door.
“This is a great example of a high-tech company looking farther out in the suburbs to fulfill their needs for a newer, more functional space,” Provenza says.
The building’s owner, Brookfield Property Group, was represented by NAI Hiffman’s Dan Leahy, Bruce Granger and Terry Herlihy.
