Darwin Presents Help Expanding Freight Forwarder Find a New Site
(Elmhurst, Illinois – July 17 2015) – Darwin Realty is pleased to announce that the firm’s Rick Daly and Jeff Provenza represented the freight forwarding firm GO2 Logistics in the acquisition of 2233 West Street, River Grove, Illinois.
GO2 Logistics will tear down the 413,000-square-foot 65-year-old property on 21 acres in the O’Hare submarket and build a state-of-the-art cross-dock facility with trailer parking on site. The firm is relocating from Northlake. The 10-year-old family owned firm provides shipping services to companies of all sizes in the East, Southeast, West and Southwest in addition to the Chicago area.
CenterPoint Properties was the seller and was represented by Brian Colson of NAI Hiffman.
