Darwin helps expanding freight forwarder to find new site
(Elmhurst, Illinois – August 3, 2015) – Darwin Realty & Development is pleased to announce that Jeff Provenza represented the developer/investor Venture One Real Estate in the acquisition of 1070 North Point Boulevard, Waukegan, Illinois.
The 15-year-old Venture One acquired the 60,000 square foot property as an investment. With a combined 70 years of experience in their two founding principals, the firm has executed investment and development deals valued at more than $5 billion.
The seller, NEP Electronics/FELO, will leaseback a portion of the building and was represented by Damon Federighi of ReMax.
