Darwin Continues Strong Leasing Activity at DCT Business Center Elgin
(Elmhurst, Illinois – July 06 2015) – Darwin Realty is pleased to announce the recent signing of the following long term leases within the 1,000,000 sf DCT Business Center Elgin:
Printpack, Inc. renewal and expansion into a total of 49,134 sf within 300 Corporate Dr.
CentiMark Corporation long term lease of 34,449 sf within 200 Corporate Dr.
Wisdom Adhesives long term lease of 39,131 sf within 350 River Ridge Rd.
Noel S. Liston, Principal, and Brendan Sheahan, Associate, are exclusive agents for the park and represented owner, DCT Industrial in the transactions. Printpack, Inc. was represented by Jason Talanian and Ed Lowenbaum of Lowenbaum REP, CentiMark was represented by John Whitehead of NAI Hiffman, and Wisdom Adhesives was represented by Bruce Granger of NAI Hiffman.
Darwin Realty worked closely with DCT Industrial in underwriting the acquisition and represented DCT in the purchase of the 1,000,000 sf portfolio in 2014. Subsequently, Liston and Sheahan have worked diligently along with the DCT team to bring the park towards 100% occupancy.
